Historic building in downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma that had been vacant and dilapidated. The building was converted into various apartments and in order to obtain historical tax credits several components had to be rehabbed or mimicked. Eighteen apartments were designed, all with their own unique layouts and finishes.
